Resolutions

With the new year comes resolutions. Here’s what I resolve to do this year.

1. I resolve to continue eating healthy which means keeping eating out as minimal as possible, staying away from bad carbs, stay away from sugar and eat lean meats.

2. I resolve to start back exercising once the treadmill gets fixed on Jan 6th. I will walk/run on it at least 3 times a week as well as bodyweight exercises such as pushups, squats and planks. I may try pullups once it gets warmer outside since my pullup bar is in the building behind my house. These resolutions will in turn cause me to lose weight.

3. I resolve to continue working on Java at work and learn as much as I can about it.

4. I resolve to be a better husband, alot of people don’t say this but they think it. Everyone can try to be better to their spouse.

5. I resolve to learn how to play guitar better, I already sound 1,000% better since Kecia bought me the new Peavey Vypy 15 watt amp for Christmas.

Remember to listen to your inner voice when making decisions and make small goals, these small goals will add up. Kecia has brought up the idea that I do a 101 in 1001 but I am not sure if I can come up with 101 things that I want to accomplish I will think of a list and may post here about that soon.
