For anyone that does not know James Toney he is a boxer(apparently a really good one from what he says). A few years ago he ran his mouth about how he could beat the UFC fighters I think he called out a few people but nothing came of it. Recently he started up again running his mouth about the UFC so the president of the UFC Dana White scheduled a fight for Toney to put up or shut up.  At UFC 118 James Toney fought Randy Couture. Randy is not the current heavy weight champion but he has been before.  Since I do not care for people running their mouths I of course wanted to Toney to eat his words.  Toney had about 9 months to train for the fight. When he weighed in weighed more than he ever had before at a weigh in.  Even showing some butt crack when he pulled his pants off to weight in. The on lookers just laughed at him.

I did not expect the fight to last too long and it did not. Couture being a wrestler was able to take Toney down rather quickly.  With Toney in unfamiliar territory(on his back) he did not know what to do.  Couture controlled him easily and got to the mount position real quick. From the mount he flogged Toney in the head many times. Then Toney put his hand up to guard his face so Couture started a arm triangle and then let go again to get Toney into a better position. Smacked him around some more then got the arm triangle again, slide off Toney and onto the side to get a better choke then it was all over Toney tapped out.
