you can do weight training. But focus on high reps with low weight, otherwise you will bulk up with too much fast twitch muscle fibres, which will just slow you down over long distances.

I think you should read the law prior to making an assumption. It reflects the federal statue exactly, in fact the law specifically says as reflected by federal statue _____ (not sure what statue it is).

In any event, I do understand everyone’s concerns however as is police have the right to detain anyone for 24 hours without reason, so regardless of the passing of the new law they still have the capability to hold someone. As far as the whole racial profiling thing, that’s incorrect. The federal statue specifically excludes race as reasonable suspicion.

For instance of an individual who spoke no English, but had a AZ driver’s license and insurance was pulled over, the police would have not have reasonable suspicion to ask for their immigration/citizenship paperwork. If however, this individual had a international license then they would have cause to ask for immigration/citizenship paperwork because the license itself is enough reasonable suspicion to assume that said individual may not have the proper documentation.

Sure there will be cases of abuse, but then again that’s the case with all laws so I think with this particular law, too many people are jumping to conclusions without having actually taken the time to read the federal statue and what it entails– as AZ’s new law mirrors it to a T.
